Etheric Detox

We are all energetic spiritual beings.  Since we are very intuitive, we pick many types of energy all the time.
Much of what we pick up are thoughts feelings & emotions that aren’t even ours and not beneficial.

Doing a daily Spiritual Etheric Detox will assist with releasing discordant energy you’ve picked up.

Also, consider asking “Who does this belong to?” if any thoughts, feelings & emotions come up, and then say
“Return to Sender.”

The Disentangle, Delete Clear and Remove command is also beneficial.

I also recommend wearing & having the Crystal Black Obsidian is very beneficial. 

Obsidian acts as a virtual Energetic “Black Hole” to absorb large amounts of highly detrimental energies.
Obsidian holds instructions extremely well; it can be used as to absorb detrimental energies present in the
environment or which are directed at a person (ie, it can be used as a “Diversionary Target.”) It will “Take the Hit” by acting like a shield.

For novices, reinforce this instruction on a weekly basis.
• Obsidian is an excellent extractor of toxic vibrations, can hold tremendous amount of toxicity without becoming saturated.   
• Needs to be both cleaned and cleared regularly.
• Can tolerate direct contact with salt.
• Holds instruction well.

Always Remember to Cleanse and then instruct the crystal when you receive it.
